Treasure House is directly impacting the quality of life for individuals and families by offering an innovative living environment that helps strengthen our community. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is committed to providing a superior living experience for our residents in an accessible manner.
Our goal is for our residents and their families to be able to afford Treasure House without it being an excessive financial burden, so our model is based on their covering 80 percent of resident costs. The rest of our operations and retirement of debt on our facility will be funded by private-sector philanthropy.
When young adults with cognitive disabilities thrive, our communities benefit as well. They become highly contributing members of society who work, live and play and enhance the diversity we enjoy in Arizona. This reduces burdens on families and taxpayers and results in a return on investment for our donors.
Our model is built around advancing our residents’ safety and well-being, building their independence and creating connections in our community. By supporting Treasure House, you not only impact the lives of young people and their families, you strengthen the fabric of our community as a whole.D
