Champions Game Night Raises $383,000
to Empower Treasure House Residents

Brenda & Kurt Warner Celebrate Multi-Abilities and Independence Alongside Olympians and Donors at the 7th Annual Fundraiser

On Friday, Nov. 1, Champions Game Night, the annual fundraiser founded by Brenda and Kurt Warner to support their nonprofit Treasure House, took place at the new Caesars Republic Scottsdale. The event raised a net $383,000—a 30% increase from the 2023 fundraiser.

Emceed by Emmy-winning actress and talk show host Sherri Shepherd, the fundraiser drew high energy and strong support for Treasure House, a nonprofit residence dedicated to empowering young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) on their journey toward independence, purpose, and inclusion.

Presented by Willmeng Construction with VIP Lounge sponsor Unomojo, proceeds help bridge the gap between resident tuition and program costs, ensuring continued support for each resident’s growth and success.

Attendees enjoyed the unique experience of catching a pass from NFL Hall of Famer Kurt Warner, and an energetic evening packed with interactive games, thrilling auctions, raffles, and mystery prizes. Performer Dizzie Ramsey of Just Energy Entertainment kept the atmosphere vibrant.

Olympic athletes and sports champions lent their star power to the cause, showing their support for Treasure House’s champions – its residents.

Among the honored guests were Shane Doan, the longest-serving NHL captain; Noelle Pikus-Pace, a skeleton silver medalist and two-time Olympian; Allison Schmitt, a 10-time Olympic swimming medalist; Freddie Crittenden, a hurdles silver medalist and Olympian; Devon Allen, a track and hurdles champion and two-time Olympian; David King, a six-time British hurdles champion and two-time Olympian; and Hali Flickinger, a two-time Olympic swimming medalist.
Each Treasure House resident was gifted a custom medallion from VIP sponsor Unomojo, engraved with their name and greatest talent or interest.

A Thrilling & Memorable Philanthropic Game Night

“Much like athletes beginning their journey, our residents arrive as Underdogs, uncertain of their own strengths. But with new experiences, encouragement, and a sense of belonging, they soon realize they are capable of more than they ever dreamed. Thanks to donor support, every resident is seen not for their limitations but for their boundless potential.” – Treasure House CEO, Lauri Tanner

Treasure House co-founders Brenda and Kurt Warner, joined by CEO Lauri Tanner, took the stage to highlight the transformative impact and the critical role donor support plays in empowering young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

In difficult and hard times is when Treasure House was born in my heart. Talking to these Olympians tonight, they will tell you they learned more from the hard times than standing on that podium. That is why you're here tonight - because there are other people walking our walk.
