Keaton Merrell

Keaton Merrell has over 18 years of experience in Capital Advisory Services including mortgage banking, mortgage brokerage and direct mortgage lending. His experience includes business development and extensive negotiating and underwriting of commercial and multifamily loans.  Keaton moved to Arizona in 1984 to attend Arizona State University where he graduated in 1988 with a degree in Business Finance. Keaton in active in the community both through industry associations and civic causes.
